As well as the reward of providing great service, our staff enjoy flexible working hours, ongoing training, the ability to work autonomously and the support of our management team when needed.
We provide introductory one-on-one training with experienced supervisors, covering service skills, safety procedures and orientation to all equipment used on the job. Additional training on new products and services is also available throughout the year. A manager is allocated to oversee each of our sites so staff are never left unsupported. This training and assistance ensures our team is fully equipped with the skills and standards required to meet our customer’s needs on every job.
